If you had limits set in any state where Bally Casino or Bally Bet was available, that limit is now applied universally across all states. If you had different limits in multiple states, the most restrictive one is now in place to help ensure your safety and peace of mind, and as our commitment to our patrons to ensure everyone is gambling responsibly.
You can easily adjust your limit at any time through the system. Once the current limit period expires, your new limit will take effect.
To update your limit, simply log in to your account and go to the "Play Responsibly" section in the menu option. From there, select "Safer Gaming Tools," where you can choose the limit you’d like to adjust. Don’t forget to save your changes so they’re applied to your account.
