Once you have requested a withdrawal on the site, it will show as Pending. We aim to process your withdrawal within 24 hours. After it is processed, the clearing timescales depend upon your chosen method of withdrawal.
ACH: It takes 3 to 5 working days for your financial institution to process the funds into the bank account.
Visa® Direct: While withdrawals are almost instantly, please allow up to 24 hours.
Mastercard® Debit Withdrawals: Withdrawals can be instant, but please allow up to 24 hours to process.
Paypal: Please allow up to 24 hours for your withdrawal to transfer into your PayPal® account.
You can keep track of your withdrawals by going to: Menu, scrolling down to Wallet, and selecting Transaction History. Once processed, they will show as Successful, when they have left our systems.
