You can contact us by emailing support@ballybet.com, or by using our friendly Live Chat service. Once your request for an account closure is received, it will be processed immediately and a confirmation email will be sent.
In order to improve our service, we would be grateful if you could tell us the reason why you wish to close your account, and if there is any aspect of the site you would like to see improved. We always welcome feedback and look forward to listening to our patrons.
If you do not wish to close your account completely, you also have the option to place your account under a “Cool Off”. This is a fixed-term closure between 3 days and 4 weeks that you can set from the Responsible Gaming page. Once a Cool Off is set, it cannot be ended prematurely.
