We make it easy for our customers to set personal gaming limits, including deposit and spending limits, by logging into your account and visiting the wagering limits page. Personal limits can be set at any time and are effective no later than your next log in.
Types of limits include:
Deposit Limits: Set the amount of money you can deposit on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Once established, any decrease to a limit will be immediately applied. A limit increase can only be become effective after the end of the previously set time period.
Spending Limits: Set the amount of money you can wager on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Once established, any decrease to a limit will be immediately applied. A limit increase can only be become effective after the end of the previously set time period.
Account Cool-Off: Set the period from 3 days to 4 weeks in which you would like to take a break from your account.
Cool Off requests are activated with immediate effect and you will be unable to access your cooled off account until the cool off has expired.
