If you are located inside of a state that permits online sports betting, but are near the border of a neighboring state, it is possible to get a false failure:
- If you’re on a mobile device, ensure that Wi-Fi is on, Location Services is on, and the Bally Bet app has location permission and Precise Location on.
After completing the steps above, re-try the activity that triggered the Geolocation check.
If the problem persists, you may need to wait until you are farther from the border before attempting to be located again.
