Our trading team here at Bally Bet make every effort to properly grade/score the results of games in a timely and accurate manner. At times, leagues may change scoring results or decisions that may impact your wagers, or on rare occasions, we may mis-grade an event/game. In either of these cases, it would become necessary to “regrade” the outcome of the game to ensure everyone is paid accurately.
Loss (Regraded) - Indicates that you were originally paid for a win in error and the regrade corrected this and removed the accidental payout from your wallet.
Win (Regraded) - Indicates that you were originally not paid for a wager you should have won. The regrade corrected this and the winning funds were automatically added to your wallet.
