A Cool Off is where you can set your account to be closed for a period of time of your choosing so you can take a break from the site. This period can be from a minimum of 3 days up to a maximum of 4 weeks.
If you set a Cool Off, you cannot login or access your account at all until the period you've chosen runs out. For example, if you set a cool off for three days at 12 pm on January 1st, you will not be able to log in again until after 12 pm on January 4th.To create a Cool Off on your account:
1. Click on the 'Menu' button in the top right of your screen.
2. Scroll Down to 'Play Responsibly'.
3. Click 'Safer Gaming Tools' then select 'Account Cool Off'.
4. Select the time period for your Cool Off.
5. Confirm your selection.
6. Click 'Continue' to set the Cool Off
