How do I set a Cool Off/Short Term Lockout Period?

Cool-off periods (short-term lockouts) can be set when you need to take a break from the action.

To set a cool-off period start by signing into your Bally Bet account.

• On Mobile:
  • 3 Days / 7 Days / 14 Days
    
    
• Select the Portrait Icon towards the top right
• Then click on Responsible Gaming > Cool Off
• Once there you can select from the following time limits:
• On Web:
  • 3 Days / 7 Days / 14 Days
• Select My Account from the top menu
• Click on Responsible Gaming > Exclusion > Short Term Lockout
• Once there you can select from the following time limits:

During this time you will have limited access to your account. You will be unable to place wagers (including early cash outs) and will not be able to deposit funds. You will still have access to view outstanding wagers and withdraw your funds.

Please know that Bally Bet takes Responsible Gaming seriously. Once a cool off is placed on your account, it cannot be removed by our Player Support team. You will need to wait until the cool-off period expires.
