To raise or lower any of your Responsible Gaming Limits simply follow the following steps:

On Mobile:
- Select the Portrait Icon in the top right corner of the app
- Choose Responsible Gaming > [the limit you wish to change/remove]
- In each drop-down toggle to the new desired limit
- If you want to return to no limit simply select Remove Limit
- Select Update Limit

On Web:
- Select My Account on the top menu of the site
- Choose Responsible Gaming > Budget Tools > [the limit you wish to change/remove]
- In each drop-down toggle to the new desired limit
- If you want to return to no limit simply select Remove Limit
- Select Update Limit
Limits that are becoming more stringent will go into effect immediately.
If you are removing or loosening your limit, you will be notified at what time the change will take effect.
This effective date/time cannot be changed by our Player Support teams as they are there for your protection and are operating in accordance with regulatory requirements.
