In order to improve our service, we would be grateful if you could tell us the reason as to why you wish to close your account, and if there is any aspect of the site you would like to see improved.
If you do not wish to close your account completely, you also have the option to place your account under an Account Time Out. This is a fixed-term closure between 3 days and 4 weeks that you can set yourself from the Responsible Gaming section. Once a Time Out has been set, it cannot be ended prematurely.
