The Bally Bet site/app is only regulated to be used in select states. To ensure our players are located in a regulated state, we employ the services of GeoComply. Each time you attempt to place a new wager or cash out an existing wager, your device will undergo a location check using GeoComply.
On mobile, the software will use your Wi-Fi and location services to pinpoint your location.
On the website, you must download the GeoComply plug-in (called “PLC” or Player Location Check), which will triangulate your location using multiple Wi-Fi networks in your vicinity and their IP addresses.
Failure to pass a geolocation check will result in you being unable to wager until you are once again located within the regulated state.
