No worries, cancelling your withdrawal is quick and easy!
You only can cancel a pending withdrawal while logged into any device: desktop, laptop or mobile.
To cancel your recent withdrawal request and return your winnings to your playing balance, please follow the steps below:
1) Click Menu > Wallet > Deposit
2) You will see pending withdrawals
3) Select the withdrawal you wish to cancel. Click the box next to it
4) Click on "Cancel Withdrawal". You will see a notification of your cancelled withdrawal. Select "Continue"
Once you have cancelled your withdrawal, your funds will immediately be returned to your player account.
If your withdrawal shows as Processed or Success, it is already being processed and can no longer be cancelled.
While cancelling a withdrawal is ultimately at the player's discretion, we strongly urge players not to cancel withdrawals to fund future play.
