How long does the promotion run?
This promotion applies to your first sports wager placed between 09:00 a.m. EST on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, and 11:59 p.m. EST on Tuesday, December 31, 2024.
When do I get my Free Bets?

Where do I find my Free Bets?

How do I know if my bet qualifies?
You simply need to wager on an event with minimum odds of -120 that settles within 28 days of registration. This excludes parlays, live bets, and accumulators.
What happens if my bet is voided?

Why didn't I automatically get my Free Bets?
The Welcome Offer usually credits automatically however, there are times when we may have to manually add it to your player account. If you feel you should have been credited and have not been, please reach out to our 24/7 customer service live chat. *Please keep in mind the most common reasons for failure to credit is the terms of the promotion were not met, i.e. incorrect stake amounts, incorrect odds, or voided bets. *
Why can't I receive the old welcome offer?
Welcome offers are subject to change and unfortunately, this means we cannot credit patrons for past promotions, or if you have participated in any previous welcome offers aimed at new patrons on their first-time deposit.
*Qualifying wagers must be placed and settled during the Promotional Period and within 28 days of completing registration. Future wagers are accepted, but if the wager settles outside of the 28 days after registration, the promotion will not be applied.
*Cash out voids participation. If your wager is voided for any reason, the promotion is cancelled and cannot be applied to another wager.
*If your wager is graded as a push, then the promotion will not be applied, and the Patron’s next wager is not eligible for the promotion.
