Verifying your account is a very simple process, and this can be done either through the app or by submitting it via email or live chat.
To confirm your identity, you will need to submit a front and back photo of your valid government-issued identification and just follow the steps below:
Verify Your Identity by app:
On desktop: Upload clear and legible images of your document to your computer
* Maximum accepted file size: 5Mb
On Mobile: Use your device's camera to take clear photos of your document
Then follow the on-screen instructions.
Verify Your Identity by email:
Step 1: Take a close-up of your valid government-issued photo ID.
Step 2: Submit the photos via email to verification@ballybet.com or alternatively through live chat.
*Please note a selfie may be required upon initial verification if more proof of identity is needed.*
Here are some helpful tips for your submission:
- Confirm that your ID is valid and not expired, and make sure the entire ID is in the frame.
- Great lighting from the front ensures a high-quality picture.
If a selfie is required:
- Have your head and shoulders in the frame, similar to an ID photo.
- To make sure we can see you, please avoid sunglasses or hats, and don’t use any filters.
Keep in mind that we may ask for supplementary identification, such as a copy of your Social Security Card.
